Interesting article from the the Guardian’s fantastic Charles Arthur. One thing that surprises me is that there is no mention within the conclusion of just how important Google Glass (and the rumoured similar model from Apple) will augment the mobile experience.
If Google can bring Google Glass to the market successfully with further enhancements to Android then it could change everything, again.

Interesting view on the lack of outright innovation in the mobile sector, a view that we’ve reached a plateau. This seemed pretty clear when you looked at the major messages behind the launch of the iPhone 5, a significant story was the quality of the casing and accuracy of the machining, all very good but it seemed to mask that there wasn’t much ‘inside’ to talk about.
